Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka" is a new type of shaved ice that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The third edition will feature the classic pistachio "Berry Pistachio" and the seasonal fruit "Earl Grey Fig".

• Berry pistachio:
  Shaved ice with pistachio rich condensed milk sauce and sweet and sour red berry sauce, topped with a light pistachio cream with espuma.

• Earl Grey fig:
  Shaved ice with a rich red wine sauce made from organic figs grown without the use of pesticides in Nara Prefecture and a refreshing milk sauce with a hint of Earl Grey, topped with kirsch-marinated fig pulp.
• *Alcohol is used in both cases.
