At this event, each participating restaurant will prepare a limited time menu,
Chorakukan FRENCH LE CHENE will serve a rare brand of duck from Kameoka, Kyoto, called "Nanaya Kamo" for the main dish.
The chef proudly recommends the Nanaya Duck, which is aged for 14 days to concentrate its flavor.
From carving to serving, the guests will enjoy the food right in front of their eyes.
The Exclusive Course is a pair dinner plan in a special private room featuring Kyoto Tanba Beef Chateaubriand as the main dish.
Each course will be served with Laurent Perrier La Cuvée as a toast.

• The entire building will be closed for maintenance from January 22 (Mon.) to January 26 (Fri.), February 5 (Mon.) and 6 (Tue.), and March 13 (Wed.).
  Due to the aging process of duck meat, reservations for the Special Limited Luxury Course must be made at least two weeks in advance.
