Shaved ice seriously created by patissiers Part 1 [Thursday, June 1, 2023 - Friday, July 14, 2023 end].
Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka" is a new type of shaved ice that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The first phase (June 1 - July 14) will feature the classic "Cherry Pistachio" and the seasonal fruit "Lychee Raspberry".

- *Selection of blended coffee or blended tea.
Mini drinks will be served in demitasse cups.

Shaved ice with pistachio rich condensed milk sauce and griotte cherry sauce, topped with a light pistachio cream with espuma. - Lychee raspberry:
Shaved ice with black tea-scented lychee condensed milk sauce and raspberry sauce, topped with smooth cream and red berries. - *Alcohol is used in both cases.
