Newly released Millefoil with green tea

• Price: ¥1,900 for an individual item / ¥2,700 for a drink set
• Chorakukan proposes a new "Japanese" taste.
  A light pie crust with a cloisonne pattern painted with powdered sugar and matcha green tea sandwiched between matcha green tea ice cream and cream is a matcha mille-feuille.
  Dark green matcha sauce with hyuganatsu confit, azuki beans, and fresh fragrant kinome buds.
  The delicious taste and subtle bitterness of matcha green tea. The sweetness of azuki beans. And the sourness of Hyuho-summer. The combination of these elements brings out a rich flavor in the mouth.

Strawberry Fiantine

• Price: ¥2,000 for an individual item / ¥2,800 for a drink set
• The crimson strawberry sauce spreads like the hem of a noblewoman's dress.
  Crispy langdosher and pie crust, mille-feuille of special custard cream and large strawberries, a strawberry sweet whose simple flavors complement each other.
