Royal Pink Valentine Cafe Menu [Ends January 13 - February 14, 2024].

Valentine's Day will soon be upon us.
The theme of Chorakukan is "Royal Pink Valentine.

In the midst of a long winter, this is the time of year when we look forward to a warm spring.
Chorakukan has brought in the colors of spring one step ahead of the others.
Chorakukan will begin offering Valentine's Day fair sweets on January 13.

Newly released Strawberry Milk Eclan

  • Price: ¥2,200 for an individual item / ¥3,000 for a drink set
  • The lemon-thyme-scented strawberry marinade arranged in a radial pattern like the hem of a dress, and the thin white candy cane with a hint of translucence inside.
    Inside is strawberry milk espuma cream, lychee sorbet, strawberry granite, panna cotta, and meringue with textural accents.
    This seasonal jewel box is filled with delicate flavors and aromas.

Tea mille-feuille

  • Price: ¥2,000 for an individual item / ¥2,800 for a drink set
  • Chorakukan's regular mille-feuille becomes mille-feuille with black tea for a limited time.
    The custard cream is Earl Grey flavored with Keemun and 100% naturally derived bergamot. The beige condensed milk-like sauce is Darjeeling second flush.
    And the ice cream is made with Assam, a CTC process.
    Millefoil with the various characteristics of black tea made from three different types of tea leaves.

Availability

  • Saturday, January 13 - Wednesday, February 14, 2023
  • The entire building will be closed for maintenance from January 22 (Mon.) to 26 (Fri.) and February 5 (Mon.) and 6 (Tue.), 2023.
