Food Allergy and Vegetarian/Gluten Free

In order to provide a full-course meal at Chorakukan, we kindly request that you inform us in advance about any food allergies and the number of people in your party.
This includes individuals with specific dietary restrictions, such as pregnant women with limitations on raw food or caffeine intake.
Additionally, please notify us about anyone who cannot consume alcohol (as it may be used in cooking in some cases).
We kindly ask that you check with all members of your group in advance and inform us accordingly.
Furthermore, if you have any specific requests on the day of your visit, or if you dislike certain foods or have allergies to particular ingredients, please contact us.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate every request.

■Food Allergy Support

1. As our food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menu items, there is a possibility of cross-contamination, resulting in the mixing of small amounts of allergenic substances during processing or cooking.

2. The cooking equipment and tableware used are the same as those utilized for other menu items.

3. We kindly request that you take the above information into consideration when making your decision to dine at our hotel.

4. The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of accommodating your dietary needs and will be treated as personal information.

5. We appreciate your understanding in advance that we may face difficulties in accommodating the following scenarios:
I. When there is a wide range of allergic ingredients involved,
including but not limited to meat, seafood, carbohydrates, dairy products,
  vegetables, and fruits.
II. When frequently used ingredients such as wheat, eggs, olive oil, and dairy products are unavailable.
Ⅲ When we are unable to handle specific allergenic food items in our kitchen, depending on the nature of the item.

■Vegetarian accommodations

 Pescatarians (those who do not consume meat and its processed products):
 ⇒ We can accommodate your request. We will modify the ingredients specifically for the customers in question.

 Individuals who abstain from consuming only meat, seafood, and their processed products:
⇒ We can accommodate your request if we kindly ask that all members of the group enjoy the same dish.

 Individuals who do not consume any animal products, including dairy products:
 ⇒Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request.

■Gluten-Free Requests

If you wish to have a gluten-free meal, please contact us in advance (at least 7 days before your desired date).
We will respond to your inquiry and inform you whether we can accommodate your request, considering the course content available during the requested time period.
